After spending $42,000 on my home and continuing to live in the park, the owners decided to place a junk trailer with no siding, broken windows with insulation falling off, right behind our home! We have tried to fight it to no avail. To spite the fact that I have to continue to pay VERY HIGH Marysville City property taxes at an appraised value of $33K, I will never get anything close to this for my home. When speaking to the management about this, I was told there is nothing they can do. It will stay there indefinitely.
They recently made improvements for their roads since the change of owners last year, but could do much better with ice and snow removal.
This place is awesome! If you want to have a good time...go some place else
